Deh siva bar mohe eh-hey

Grant me this boon, O’ Lord

 

subh karman te kabhu na taro

 that I may never be deterred from doing good deeds

Na daro arr seo jab jaye laro

I should have no fear of the enemy when I go to battle

 

nischey kar apni jeet karo

with faith in You turn victory to my side

 

 Arr sikh ho apne he mann ko

Let one directive exclusively guide my mind

 that I may always be singing Thy praises

 

Jab aav ki audh nidan bane
